When you sell online it is very important to follow these 3 steps. Have a avid expanding market, which wants and needs what you have to sell. Secondly make sure that your product or service will meet their needs and greatly aid them.

Thirdly have powerful marketing methods to show them what you have. Lastly and most importantly you must have a strong sales page to convert your sales.

Most people neglect to put the required effort into their sales letters and suffer the consequences of very bad or nonexistent sales. Sales letters are the heart of your online business and without a top one even the hottest product won't get sold. Here are some tips to get you beginning to make money and create that killer sales page:

1. Learn from the best- look at sales pages written by excellent copywriters like Joe Vitale and other very good copywriters. Just look up the 1st ten websites that come up on Google when you type in copywriters and see how these sales pages are set up and written. Note their style and ideas but, never copy and paste, this might get you in more trouble than it's worth. 2. Understand the 3 P's of Copywriting a. Use the personal b. Make it precise and streamlined c. Make it persuasive 3. Tailor your sales page to a product or service. There are many different layouts that you will be able to use. Essentially your sales page will be in 3 sections.

a. The first will be stressing to your reader's attention, the problem and accenting it. b. Secondly you will be listing your product or service, and showing your reader how it definitely will assist their perceived problems with benefits etc. c. Conclusion: This part will include the a call to action, and a guarantee etc. 4. Work on headlines first and then sub headlines, lastly fill in the details. Always keep in mind your headline is your salesman. The headline shall appeal to your reader and make them whet their curiousity. Your sub headlines should also attract attention and pull your reader into the rest of the sales copy.

5. Ensure you have 'an iron clad' guarantee. This increases the reader's trust in you and be more inclined to order.

It takes a a bit of time to perfect the art of copywriting, and most professional copywriters will tell you that no sales page is finished. Lots of time only a word or two will multiply sales.

Split testing: This is a most necessary part of making sure your sales copy to produce the maximum sales conversions.
