Phaser 8500 Ink Is Essential In Becoming Eco-friendly In Business

by Ben Pate

The Xerox Phaser 8500 and 8550 make excellent printers for office networks. They quickly retrieve data and print it, and they easily connect to most networks. The best aspect of these two printers, however, is their use of the high-quality Phaser 8500 inks, which are unlike other inks in that they are designed to be used as solids.

First and foremost it is important to know the options in phaser printers. 8500/8550 printers come in four versions which differ in quality and price. All of them (except the 8500/N) support double side document printing. Higher end models such as 8550/DX have high resolution capability, can hold large stacks of paper and can print at higher speeds. Normally lower end printers can print around 24 pages per minute, where as the higher end models can print 30 pages.

A similar but smaller printer in the same line in the Phaser 8650. It is intended for home and small office use, and thus has lesser capabilities than the 8500 and 8550. In particular, it prints more slowly with lower resolution. However, its ink has the same high quality as the business printers, and it is considerably less costly to buy and operate.

The most unique aspect of this series of printers is, as stated before, their Phaser 8500 ink. Xerox has developed the only solid ink on the market that prints in one pass, allowing for greater printer speed without sacrificing quality. In addition, having a document print in one sweep prevents misalignement between passes that can result in illegible or unprofessional-looking documents.

Solid ink resists colour separation or layering within the cartridge. This creates consistent colour throughout the life of the Xerox 8560 toner cartridge. Solid colour also tend to be more saturated and looks brighter. These inks are also environmentally accepted.

While Phaser 8500 ink and Phaser 8560 ink can appear prohibitively expensive, many discount outlets are available in person and online. Buying ink from these brokers can reduce prices by as much as 150 dollars for a full set of ink. This allows offices or individuals to purchase quality inks at an affordable price.

The uniqueness of the Xerox 8550 toner, which uses solid ink, makes Xerox 8500, 8550, and 8560 Phaser printers a good choice for many homes and offices. The solid Phaser 8500 ink promotes better print quality. At the same time, the printers themselves are efficient and offer many competitive options. For a variety of printing needs, these printers are a good choice.

The Xerox 8500, 8550, and 8560 Phaser printers are a first-class choice for a variety of printing requirements. They can handle high volumes of information quickly, produce color and black and white copies rapidly, and connect easily to most computer networks. The most important part of a printer is its ink and phaser inks such as Phaser 8500 ink and Phaser 8560 ink are uniquely designed for consistency and high print quality. Solid ink also resists color separation or layering within the cartridge. This creates a more consistent color throughout the life of the Xerox 8550 toner cartridge.
