Have not yet received Registration key

Our employee (Ron Granzow) purchased a copy of Mega List Cleaner. He has been asking, via email, for a registration key, but has yet to receive one. He purchased the app on the 12th of March. Please send us the registration key so that we can begin to use the product purchased.
